Masison's and everyone at the office were amazing. Very kind, and incredible customer service. They even helped with contacting the rental car place to have one come and return. Unlike Liberty Mutual where I pay a lot of money for car insurance and a customer for years, the claim rep never returned calls- nor the calls of the company insurance (Employers Mutual) claims adjuster who had to call me directly because she never heard back from Liberty and was trying to tell me and Liberty that they accepted full liability for the accident. Masison's took the time to review my vehicle, they even let me know when they thought it might be complete and it was. Excellent service speaks volumes as well as the work they told me was 100% guaranteed. I would highly recommended Masisons to anyone. They treated me better than Liberty Mutual that I am disappointed with. Masisons is one of those companies that people will keep coming back to because of the work they do and most important the service and people who work there.
