Cleaning out my car was a nasty mess. I realize it was winter and you cannot control the weather, but due to logistics I left a large bag of bird seed in the trunk. Without the keys I could not get a CD out. When I brought my car in I thought it was for a repair and had no ideal it would be totaled. My car was always a mess, unlike some so other things were left behind too. I realize it was in the car graveyard, but it would have been nice to know my insurance was paying rent daily. I did take my time getting there...I was never planning on purchasing another car so I was upset about this whole situation. It would have been nice to have it located in an area not muddy and snowy. I did call the office and they sent a fellow out to remove my back license plate and open the car to get CD. Thank you.
