We seem to have a problem. The trunk is hard to shut. It seems to be out of alignment. I need to have it adjusted. Also, all of the lights at the right rear of the car are burned out. Not sure what happened. How do I get the trunk issue resolved?

Not really too many suggestions. Overall I was satisfied with the quality of work done on our car. The only thing I suggest is that you go over the process a little more clearly like how do oversights on estimates get handled. Maybe if you could explain what will happen to the customer right when it happens instead of waiting until they call back to explain it all.

I'm so impressed at how well run your company is. The job on the door & fender repair looks so good i would never know it wasn't my original door & fender. There were some scratches put on the drivers door while it was there that they are going to repair next Monday. I appreciate the honesty as well as the workmanship you provided.
