The work done on my Aramda looks great, can't even tell it needed a body shop. Higgins was wonderful to work with due to being from out of state and being in SLC for medical treatment. They communicated well and even reached out to me to talk over a supplier shipment issue (due to Coivd) having a long lead time for delivery. They were also understanding that we still needed to go home before the repair was finished and wouldn't be back for 2 months and would pick up the finished car when we came back to town. Really appreciated their communication, understanding, and professionalism.

My Tahoe was damaged by a family member in Nov. 2020. Higgins did a great job fixing the damage to the front end. The sad part is my Tahoe came back in Feb. 2021. My family member was in another accident which did frame damage and caused my Tahoe to be totaled. The past six months has been pretty stressful.

Work was completed in a timely manner and well done. Received updates upon request with hardly any confusion. I was even notified of another mechanical failure in my vehicle that needs repair soon even though it was not related to the repairs being done.

I was excited that my vehicle was able to be repaired as fast as it was and the cost was lower than expected because I was paying for it on my own plus you can’t tell that it had a boo boo and has been repaired!!! Thank you all soooo much!!!!
