You'd worked on a vehicle for us before, so when I was in an accident, I asked them to take my vehicle straight to your shop. Sadly, it was not cost effective to repair, but I appreciated getting a quote from you before the insurance guys even had a look at it. We'll keep you in mind in the future!

I think the gal that gave me a quote on the work name is Malisa. But I have been to you I won't say how many times, but she is great! I have been lucky enough to get her everything I come in! She's got to be your top employee. If not she needs a raise and promotion! I have never been treated so well! The guys that worked on my truck are excellent! I was extremely happy and pleased when I saw my truck!
