The whole process was handled very well. Updates were sent so I knew what was going on. When an issue came up after the original repair, they took time to fix it as well. Office staff were knowledgeable and courteous. Combination of insurance and rental car were easier than I expected as Higgins coordinated all those parts as well. Thank you very much.

Luis and Marissa were wonderful to work with. They treated me with kindness and seemed to genuinely care about my situation (I was in a car accident). Luis was very clear and communicative- I felt like I could contact him with any questions or concerns. When the repair had been completed, he walked me through everything they had done, and very patiently answered all of my questions. If I have any paint or repair needs in the future, I would definitely come back to Higgins.

Auto body job great. Communication between quote and actually working on the car was not so great. We weren’t let known of what the cost and everything would be until they were already working on the car. We were seeking an estimate and seeing if it worth it even.

Price quote was lower than the actual delivered price which was more than double and then the technician tried to tag on more work and told us to file another claim and pay a new deductible. Tacky!

Everything was great. I was updated every week by Dave. I was told my truck would take 3 months to repair due to the back ordered parts. They finished everything up a month earlier than expected.
