The process was very easy, I was informed of progress as work was being done. I was informed of supplemental repairs as soon as they were found. Pete was great through the whole process, kept me informed and had parts ordered prior to the insurance company signing off so the process went very quick once insurance gave the go ahead. When I picked up the car you could never tell it was hit, the new door sits perfectly and closes without any problems. Definitely recommending M3 to friends and family.
