I am very happy with the quality of service and professionalism of the team! I had felt like I was taking a chance at M3 as I was not familiar with it and did not have any prior references, but after my experience I am glad I did. My car looks fantastic, and it was completed very quickly. I will recommend M3 to others.

I was extremely impressed with how convenient this experience was. The receptionist was very friendly. The estimator was thorough and the rental car agent was excellent. I also really appreciated the updates via text message. And finally all repairs made were completed with utmost quality. And I also noticed that my dashboard and interior was cleaned as well. It is unfortunate that some of the best customer service I have experienced lately came from a business that I hope I never have to frequent again ???? But if I do need body work done I will definitely go back to M3. Chuck Ross

By far the worst customer service experience I've ever received. Katrina the receptionist was rude and dismissive. Jerry the owner/manager could've been more hands-on....Knowing the situation and having to call my insurance multiple times a day over a weeks time. When my car was the lead I only receive text messages letting me know the car will not be ready that was a very impersonal I will never return to M3 collision or recommend any want to go there even if the work that they're doing is free I rather pay for the customer service

I highly recommend M3 For all auto repairs. All work was completed efficiently and promptly. Customer service was excellent. Arrangements made for a rental was with ease and I was kept informed daily via text of the progress while completing my job.
It is a total relief to find a shop that handled my business professionally.
