My only dissatisfaction was the length of time it took for the repairs to be completed. The shop received the truck on 12/11. Repairs were done on ****/29.

My. Vehicle was in the shop for over 5 weeks. I didn't receive any update calls from the shop unless I called or my insurance co called until the last week or so. After that the service was very good. And once I got my car back, y'all had done a very good job.

The minor scratches weren't addressed on the repair. The repairs took almost a week when we were told it would be about 24 hrs. The owner buffed some of the scratches out at the last minute. Buy they are still visible. I'm sick so coming back in at this time won't work. I'm really not happy with my overall experience.

My vehicle was subcontracted by Accent Collision so that the rug could be cleaned up due to the water from the rain a few days ago. The Subcontractor did an outstanding job and probably saved our rug from rotting out and smelling bad. Thanks go out to the Accent Collision personnel for coordinating the appointment and their friendliness.
