Both Ricky & the office manager (sorry, I don't remember her name) were so helpful & good at their jobs, which made it a really positive experience from start to finish. I have used Accent whenever my car needed work & always been happy with the service, but this time Ricky outdid himself. I also liked the message updates. I would recommend Accent go anyone.

Everyone is so nice, friendly and helpful. I hope I do not need a repair shop again, but if I do I will return to Accent. They had my car repaired much quicker than I expected, and the work is perfect. Thank you, taking such good care of my car. I appreciate it a lot.
