I have always had repairs on my Infiniti's done through Cayo at the Infiniti service area. I have worked with Cayo and Infiniti for about 17 years. I have had my vehicles in for repairs quite a few times. I know and trust Cayo. He ensures the work is done correctly. There has never been an issue with going through Infiniti in the past. When first contacted by Watson body repair, I explained I wanted to work through Cayo and was told this was fine as most Infiniti owners preferred to work this way. However, the repairman in charge of my vehicle's repairs was less than pleased and was very vocal in letting me know his displeasure at having to work through Cayo. He was bluntly rude and refused to discuss things with Cayo. The Watson employee even rudely hung up on me twice. Watson and Infiniti are both owned by the same owner. There is no reason for the rude behavior by the Watson repairman. I would rather have my repairs done elsewhere than be subjected to rude behavior! POOR customer service on the Watson Chevrolet side. Cayo was diplomatic and HE even apologized to me for the rude behavior exhibited by YOUR employee!! He assumed the responsibility for making sure I was pleased with the repairs and the overall service even though YOUR employee refused to discuss the repairs with Cayo. Cayo never criticized the Watson employees but did apologize and say that the person must be new as there usually is not a problem having the Infiniti vehicles go through the Infiniti side.

One complaint: Told by Ins. Co & Watson it would be 5 days. It was one week AFTER I took it in that I was told what the damage was * it was 5 days after that! there should be a better time estimate.

My insurance directed me to Watson when I reported the accident. I was pleased since I'd been a customer at Watson previously. Everything went very smooth, with only one surprise. The car was ready early than expected. Everyone involved in the job, from first phone call to returning the keys provided wonderful service.
