Got home from work late Friday evening and when I went to look at the repairs on Saturday morning I discovered a small dent in my tailgate that was not there when I had my wife take the truck in. I have never been so impressed with a ship like Fix. From the time I walked in and was met by the office staff who were absolutely fantastic to meeting with the gentleman doing the estimate for me. Then when I got my car back “ahead of schedule “ it was flawless. It looked better than when I dropped it off, including the interior. Fix is a fantastic shop I would highly recommend to anyone!

I cannot emphasize enough how satisfied I was with the customer service I received at Fix Auto Modesto! I was being treated so amazing that I wasn’t even thinking or even worrying about how my car would turn out! Which did turned out astonishing! Truly better than when I originally bought it! The work put into it and the attention to detail was incredible! It truly exceeded my expectations! I went on google and simply typed in “best body shop in Modesto” and Fix Auto came up, I read the reviews and I was convinced that this was the place I needed to take my car. The other main reason was that they guarantee their job for life as long as you own the vehicle. Boby is the MAN! he really made sure that my expectations were met but he went far and beyond in the detail of my car or even being very knowledgeable in his line of work to be able to explain in detail any and all questions I had! Once again, thanks Boby! Bebe and Erika at the front desk were also super nice and friendly! Made me feel very welcome, were very knowledgeable to answer any questions on paper work or insurance stuff. They even offered a ride home or an Uber or Lyft, courtesy of Fix Auto to go pick up my car when it was ready! Like I said, exceeding all my expectations! My car was done specifically on the date I was told and when I went I was attended very promptly, the staff were all very polite and friendly! Thanks again Fix Auto!
