The repair was done very professionally and my vehicle looks like it did before the accident. Blake Dillon kept me informed daily on the progress and was an excellent customer care representative. Collision One/Eastside is "the place to go" if you want your vehicle repaired and returned in A-**** condition.

Car was not ready when promised so I had to make an extra 60 mile round-trip to pickup the vehicle. This was after having been in for a doctor's appointment. Otherwise I would have been without the car for the weekend because you are closed Saturday. I am recovering from a major surgery and this posed quite a hardship.
