Overall my experience with your staff was exemplary. They are the most professional and kind individuals I've had the pleasure of doing business with in a long time.
The only problem was a scratch on the face plate of my stero. I would have come back right then. Unfortunately I had to be at a job. Will try and come in and discuss this matter with you as soon as I'm able. Thank you Carolyn Marcum.

The car looks great. One suggestion would be to keep a customer posted as to when the car would be finished. I never received a text regarding where the repairs were at ,and, when I looked online, there was never an estimated finish date or time.

Did a great job. Car looks good. However, a bit of delay because parts were received damaged but this only resulted in 2 extra days in the shop. This is the 2nd time this has happened. Don’t know if this is conmon, my bad luck, or ????
