Technology Auto Collision did a wonderful job with the repair of my vehicle. Jasmin Cruz ensured I was updated in regards to any set backs or issues they ran into. Repairs were attended to in a timely manner and my car was also detailed which was a wonderful surprise . I would defiantly recommend their company for any repairs and concerns for your vehicle.

I came in to get my car repaired from an insurance claim. Technology Auto has a very professional and knowledgeable staff, who answered all my questions about general insurance claim processes, repair procedures,and were very accommodating with getting me into a rental. They kept me informed with the status of my car, not only by automated texts, but with direct phone calls. It was a pleasure to deal with the staff, especially when I basically dealt with one person throughout the service, which really personalized my experience. I never had a problem with being transferred to another staff member, who wasn't familiar with my case. They repaired the damages as would any competent automotive business would do, and even detailed my car after the work was done, which I didn't expect,but what stuck out to me was the ease of doing business with them. Lifetime warranty on the repairs too.

Constant updates and friendly service

The team at Technology Auto is very professional. The office staff are respectful and accommodating. The auto-body work they performed on my Toyota was excellent. They are also an approved Progressive Insurance service provider. I highly recommend Technology Auto. Another thing I found to be impressive is their method of updating their customers using a text notification system.

The overall experience was painless

Communication was really great. Having car repairs is never a good thing, but i felt relieved and comfortable with the whole experience. I dealt with Jazmin for the most part and she was great. The car looks good too.

I was so relieved as I received the frequent updates as to my car’s progress. I’m going into surgery tomorrow, and Jazmine kept that in mind so that I could actually pick up my car - four days early, so I would have one less thing to worry about. On the one hand, I hope I never have to go back - but should that be necessary, I would be very happy to have my repairs done there again. I will be telling my insurance company about their fantastic performance.
