At time of estimate, was told maybe they could just buff it out while I waited. But came back the next day, got a rental, and it took 8 days for a minor job. The quality of work was great, but I got the impression they didn't even start on it for several days. They should have been honest about not being able to fit it in, as I would have gone elsewhere. The car was purchased at Moritz and we are return customers. We absolutely love the service department. In fact, Gabby was very professional and accommodating in every way. The two extra items we asked to be looked at under warranty in those 8 days, were both dismissed as needing another time. Had they been addressed earlier, they would have had time to order a part. I still love Moritz and plan to buy by next car there for sure, but probably won't use the body shop again.

Frame around headlight is not flush, I had you replace mud flaps on left side account ran over paint in road, flaps when replaced you used same painted screws defeating purpose of replacing, should of saved my 118.

I'm very satisfied my truck looks brand new.

I loved the service other thaan having a dent in my truck that wasn't there when I dropped it off to have body damage fixed.
