I have been a **** Auto Body customer for over 20 years. I would not take my auto body repairs anywhere else. I have alway been treated with nothing but professionalism and the work was always completed when promised. My latest experience was met with poor customer service and my vehicle was not delivered when promised. When I did receive delivery of my car the pairs exceeded my expectation.

I need to bring my truck back to the shop to see why the bottom of the bumper was replaced with light grey instead of the black like it was before. Top and bottom should both match. Both, my pics, and the ones the shop took, show black for both pieces. Not sure if wrong parts were ordered or just received wrong, but I was not notified of this. Everything else looks to be good so far.
