The $500 insurance deductible was charged to my daughter's credit card. The USAA insurance claim clearly waived this fee. She had to call Herb's to obtain a credit to her account after receiving her car and leaving the lot.

The entire process was handled with professionalism and great customer service. Herb's kept me in the loop at every step, which I appreciated. My Ford looks brand new!! A specialist even got the stubborn black tar off the undercarriage. That's going above and beyond, and I couldn't be happier!

First the appt schedule got mixed up and I thought it was cancelled since I got an email that said my appt had been denied instead of switch to another person. Then when I went to pick it up I had to have them fix scratches that were still very obviously not taken care of.

The trunk cargo net was not re-assembled in my Hyundai Elantra. The hardware to reattach the cargo net was not installed as part of a rear bumper assembly replacement.
