Service reception friendly courteous yet professional. Sets the tone. Liked the daily updates. Work quality high. Car looks great. Full car detailing is a nice touch. Appreciated Service advisor (Tim) taking care of rental return. Again nice touch. Overall Herbs appeared to be an efficient customer focused quality facility.

Bumper cover is poorly fitted, and it is noticeable, even at 20 feet of distance. I am trying to be fair and flexible, but it just isn't right no matter how you add it up. Cost was over 1100.00. How did this pass final inspection? I am not a pro at this sort of thing, but even I noticed this problem.
