Would highly recommend to others and our insurance company. However we have noticed since we picked up vehicle yesterday that bluetooth microphone for phone calls is now not operating. The roof liner was completely reinstalled in our repairs where microphone is located. Please let us know how we need to address.

I found the staff to be helpful and attentive to my questions and concerns. The gentlemen who works at the front desk was always very helpful and friendly. And if he was busy. Other staff would check to see if I have been helped or not. The text messaging on schedule was very nice to get. I would only say maybe a little detail as to why it may have been changed. The work on the vehicle looks very well done. Almost like it never happened. Keep up the good work.

They rescheduled my time to pick up four or five different times one time they didn't let me know ahead of time that it wasn't gonna be ready and I went up there on Friday.I received a text after I got home from checking on my car that it wasn't ready. I had to text to check on my car when it was supposed to be ready on Monday. I took my car in on June 2 and got back on June 22 . It was stressful because I had to work I have a husband who is in full-time care facility I have to take care of him and I are driving the car was in a custom too and it wasn't didn't have all the bells and whistles that my car had on it so it was not a comfortable car to drive.
