The camera for back up is messed up and the truck bed is loose or rattling have to bring it back for more repairs

I've notice additional damage to my vehicle when picking up. Damage that I did not see when I dropped off to you guys, i.e. (scratch on my driver window next to where you guys put a sticker in window)and small paint chip under window seal. I WILL NEVER BRING MY VEHICLE BACK TO THIS DEALERSHIP

The body shop Manager, Mike Alexiou, was good at keeping me aware of the status of my vehicle while in service. The cleanliness condition of the vehicle was Excellent when I picked it up from the repairs. All repairs were excellent....

The time it took to repair my car was ridiculous . The date of returning my car changes for two weeks!!! What made me get upset!!! The damage that was done to the car was miner!!!

I think the guys did an excellent job and really attempted to completely fix my vehicle. My only complaint is the time it took to receive parts and get my vehicle back. I don't blame the people at all because you can only do so much with the resources provided. I think the company should consider expanding their collision ship and find a resource to have parts more readily accessible. Other than that, couldn't be happier with the customer service, the updates and the overall job.
