My first time arriving I received a smile and assurance the process was seamless. Then it was drop off day and the text messages were so nice! The best part...it was done 2 days earlier then anticipated! What really got me...was that I opened my door and it was cleaner then when I gave it to you. I did feel very comfortable with the oral and e-mail communication...thanks. I did get a kick out of the e-mail completion time being so precisely estimated, i.e., 4:54pm. I was not disappointed when 4:54 passed, as I had been called earlier in the day and told that the e-mail time would not be met. Snow has kept me from going over 35mph, but it looks good and, I am assuming, it is just fine on the highway. Thanks, Dean
