I wish the inside of my car had been better cleaned before I got it back, I'm pregnant and it stinks of paint inside and it had a fine white powder all over inside. I had an instant headache after driving it home. My husband had to wipe it down and I had to leave my windows open in the garage to air it out.

Russ and the team were super responsive and went out of their way to help us make do until the van could be brought in. Very proactive with communication. The job was done very well (looks like new) and on time. They even washed the car before giving it back to us. Very impressed with the service & will recommend to others.

Everyone was very kind and efficient. All questions were answered and my suburban looked Soooo nice! It was a little strange when my pants were damp and the Windows completely fogged over, on the inside, from the detailing. It looked very classy on the inside, I wish I could keep it looking so nice all year round.
The Outside made it look like new! Thanks to all who worked on it! Can't even tell where it was hit! If U need other body work done will certainly return to Russ's!

Rick was always there to talk to when I had questions or concerns. He treated me well and with respect, which is greatly appreciate coming from a woman customer in a body shop. My truck was completed to my satisfaction. Also, it was cleaned and washed, which I really appreciated! Overall I'm very satisfied with my experience.
