Inconsistent color on the bumper and a gray chalky powder residue that keeps returning after being wiped off. Called and spoke to Russ Jr regarding paint color and will bring it back when I'm in town.

Tyler was great and handled my estimate, contact with my insurance company and informing me of status quickly and professionally. When I came to pick my vehicle up, he and Rick assured me they could help clean up the fender which looked obviously unrepaired, next to the excellent job RUSS'S completed.
