Work was done to satisfaction but there were repeated delays which I was not notified about in a timely manner. I was give several updates by text right up until the day before it was supposed to be finished. I had To call them myself and only then did they tell me it would another week. From then on the updates of more delays came from our agent, for which I was very grateful, but still annoyed that we heard nothing from the shop. It makes me think their whole spiel of keeping the customer updated regularly only holds until they have a delay or problem, and then it’s radio silence and they let the agent do the dirty work of delivering bad news. I wasn’t angry about the delays themselves but only about the fact that I wasn’t told about them from Kenneys themselves. This experience also reinforces my opinion that all body shops take in far more cars than they can handle in the time frame they give the customers. They say it will be ten days, for example, but have so many cars in queue already they do not even start the repair until day eight. When they run into a problem at that point of course there is a delay, but the length of delay for the customer is a function of the shop’s over abundance of work and their own delay in starting in the vehicle. Next time I would opt for a smaller shop for these reasons.

i never once got any calls from the shop or my adjuster . wasted a day off from work to come all the way to griffin for them to tell me my car was not ready. & that it could be up to a week and a half till it’s fully ready . i still need a clear coat put on my car . not pleased at all .
