It was more professional than I had thought, the team went over & beyond. They kept me informed about my SRX, her name is "Kitten" and upon picking her up from the collision dept. I noticed they had washed her & vaccum the interior. Again, I was not expecting the extra care they gave to detail & service. My contact representative was so engaged, he made me feel comfortable. The loaner they gave me was a new SUV, rolled it out had the a/c & music set.
Praying the safety of others but if needed, I would and will refer others to Lively Collison & care repair. The process was so easy & my -"Kitten" purrssss & looked brand new!!! :)
