Not only did everything get fixed perfectly. I believe they did a new record time I believe it was only there for 8 days including the weekend and they had to replace the right front door panel and of course flowed out the paint and buff the whole side etcetera Etc. Cody with Collision took my truck to the service department to get the safety recalls done at the same time for me. Great service!

****. Repair time: The repairs took far, far too long. Far longer than was estimated by the adjuster and even Huffines.I kept being promised the car on a certain date, but the date would come and go, and I'd be told a later date. I lost a SIGNIFICANT amount of money due to the car being out of service so long.
2. Attention to detail: For example, the front license plate was bent in the accident. The front metal license plate frame, powder-coated, was bent and distorted, with the coating scraped off in several places. Yet it was removed from a damaged bumper and bolted onto a brand new bumper without any action taken. The license plate should have been flattened out, a simple task, and the plate frame replaced at a cost of < $10. I saw the damage immediately. I would think it shouldn't have to be more than a $6600 repair to have the plate flattened and perhaps asking me whether I wanted a thin chrome plate frame, or even a black plastic one. So my first task was to remove them, flatten the plate with a mallet, and replace the distorted frame with a promotional, plastic one I had from an auto shop.
