Rodney was very nice and informative, kept me up to date on everything, explained things to my satisfaction. I like the updates via email, nice touch. Repairs were done professionally, car looks like factory, Although the repair took one extra day from initial day promised, it was explained that there were hidden problems found behind the exterior damage and I understand how that happens. No big deal. I am very happy overall.

04/17/14: Classic Toyota Body Shop has been a pleasure to deal with. Body damage to my older truck and you can not tell any variance in color! Friendly - considerate staff. Rental car just 100 feet away -and they were quick and easy. Michael P

Everyone was very helpful and kept me informed throughout the entire repair. I really appreciate that they test drove the car and were able to make additional repairs. It now drive almost like a new vehicle. I really appreciate Rodney Hatchett. He did a great job coordinating everything.

Classic sent me emails stating that my car would be ready on Jan 10 at 4:00.y husband and I arrived at 4:30 to pick it up. It was a rainy day. The service crew had my car pulled around by the time we arrived so it had been rained on when we went to inspect the work done on it. My husband ran his hand over the wet hood to clear away the raindrops. We noticed the hood had not been buffed...dull in appearance. Rodney was there and admitted it still needed buffed. We asked him if they could buff it then . He said the guys were gone for the day. So he scheduled an appointment for me to bring it back on Jan. 20 for completion. The next day I washed my car and my husband and I noticed several other things were not right. There is also a white scratch on the hood...passenger side...that was done while bring painted...needs to be fixed as well. Front fender chrome stripping was left in a cup holder inside my car. That needs to be reattached to the front drivers side fender...where they repainted it. Front fender also has scratches...needs buffed out...fixed. And the drivers side door near the hinge now has marks that looks like where they put tape and left marks...needs to be buffed out also. There is a small piece hanging out above the tire where the impact took place. We would appreciate it very much if all of these things are taken care of when I bring it back in on the 20th. It would be nice to have the service manager do a complete inspection of all the work done before they call or send me an email saying that everything is completed and fixed. Thank you.
