I was called at 430pm on a Friday that my car was ready. I was in traffic and trying to pick my child up from school and run errands. I felt rushed. I had to gas up the rental car. Didn't have time to clean the floor mats. Just be more courteous with time so the client won't feel pressured and rushed to get to their vehicle before closing.

I was not happy about how long it took to get my car repaired. With that said I cannot say enough about Alice Bayless who helped in the body shop with my car. When I was upset at how long it was taking to fix my car and vented to Alice she was a consummate professional and never was rude or upset with me. Alice kept me updated with every step of my car repair and always was understanding in explaining why my car was not ready. Classic Toyota is blessed to have a wonderful representative in Alice Bayless.

Just like to know why the old headlight assembly that had to be replaced was put in the back floorboard of my truck , I am not sure the warning system , that tell when u are close to hitting something is working , when the bumper was bent it went off a lot until u started driving .
