Hood would not open they told me the cable was stretched it was not the hood was not adjusted properly it took me 2 hours to get it open and 2 minutes to get it closing and opening properly. They could have detailed the car and made the old part look better next to the new parts . I am not happy with the work that was done to my car and more unhappy with the work that was not done to my car.

Length of repair time was very long, about a month. I had to pay out of pocket for my rental vehicle from your rental department. I wish I would have been told up front about this instead of after having been in the rental for a couple of weeks. Finally, the decals put in the truck were not done well. They were clearly not replaced back to factory standards with bubbles and air beneath that suggest they were sloppily applied in a hurry, having expected more from the Toyota Collision Center. The people there were always very friendly and responsive, particularly Marie. I chose your collision center on my own accord, but if I need collision work done again in the future I will probably go with who the insurance company suggests instead.
