My issue is mostly with the way Geico handled the transaction.
The Geico employee did not show up for the estimate on the scheduled day of the appointments. I was not notified when the work was completed.
Geico did not authorize a long enough time for the rental and there was an attempt to charge me for 3 days of the rental. Perhaps the car was ready and no one called???
Perhaps there needs to be better communication between Geico and the Ourisman staff.
Bill and George who I think are Ourisman employees were most helpful.

The geico express experience was very positive, but the notification when the car was going to be ready seems to not work correctly based on when the first text came in saying it was almost ready versus when it really was. Why text updates if they are totally inaccurate?

I have only one complaint. I was informed that the car would ready at 5:00 on Monday and so left work early to pick up the car before closing, then received a txt message while halfway there that the car would not be ready until the following day.

Car took over 7 work days to repair, 3 days later than originally told. Had two errors in painting that had to be repainted.
Added air to one tire to dangerous level-- 51 psi vs. 32 psi recommended without telling owner. Pressure was over maximum level allowed in tire and was more dangerous if driver did not check and drove in 85 degree temperature which would cause further pressure increase

Great job on the work you did, but you failed to secure a replacement aileron as a COD add-on. I understand the difficulty in finding parts for older cars, but if you can't, who can?
