I was told that my insurance company was only one to have it written in my policy not to use aftermarket parts if I choose. When I picked up my truck the bill was way higher than I thought. I feel I should have been given the choice to pay extra for GM parts or go with aftermarket parts. I did not authorize the extra money for that. Then my left front fender flare was replaced now it doesn’t match the other three so I have to come out of my pocket to get the other matching flares

Great friendly low stress transaction. Adam took care of everything down to the rental car and the repair of my car was fabulous! Got it back clean, shiny and good as new. He even offered a free car wash next month! Couldn't have had a better experience!!
