****. After three (3) weeks of being fixed, I picked it up STILL WITHOUT the metal plating on the bumper. The unnecessary delay caused me to run very late for my appointment. If I didn’t check my trunk, I would have to make another drive back just to have it installed!
2. Upon dropping my car last April 18th, Wesley and Jason (Geico) reassured me that I will NOT have ANY cash out after repairs are done. To my surprise, Maria billed me $****,000. for co-pay!
3. Good job on the repairs and Delfin and another staff were apologetic and immediate I talked the metal plate.
Is this normal business practice? I will not refer anybody to this establishment.
