Thank you for the updates as to what status if repair was. The repair rep also had a small ding over the gas tank popped out after I came to pick up the vehicle, so I think he went the extra mile to render great service. I would gladly refer someone to you.

There was some miss communication between the front counter workers and I but a gentlemen quickly got to the bottom of the problem and rushed for a solution. After getting my car back I was completely satisfied with the cleanliness with the car!

The call came in at 5:32 that the car was ready for pick up. Then the caller said, "we closed 2 minutes ago." Was the car just ready then? Could the call have come 30 minutes earlier so the car could have been picked up before the weekend?

I thought the entire expirience was great until I received my vehicle and noticed the front bumper hanging below where it was supposed to be tied down it was loose and dropping, the driver side splash gaurd, was not tied to the bumper rot was loose and could freely move it with my hand, once I saw this I lost all confidence in the quality of work I received.
