My car looked great! - I almost did not recognize it as mine. And I certainly did not expect the inside to be so thoroughly cleaned as well. The inside in particular was a mess when I brought the car in - and when I picked it up, it was spotless. It all looked so good that I hated to drive it out of your parking area and onto the sloppy streets. In addition, everyone I dealt with was courteous and pleasant, even when I had to delay my scheduled time by a day. Both your customer service and your work are excellent. The whole process was easier and less stressful than I anticipated. Thank you! Dianne K

I wasn't able to talk to anyone about what exactly was done to my vehicle. Then to get home n later find out part of my problem still isn't fixed. My back light was replaced but my running lights still aren't working. Now I have to bring it back. I was never told the insurance company was supposed to set up my rental n if I hadn't called the day before I would have been screwed. I had to reschedule for a week later because there were no reservations n no cars available.
