Thank you for the fast and professional repair work. The only hiccup was that the deductible waiver was not recorded correctly, which causes awkward interaction when being told to pay. Minor and understandable issue that should be easy to fix for other customers.

The paint looked good but the lower radiator air shroud (rubber) was not even fastened and hanging under the truck when I got home. I had to pull the grill out to put it back in and found that 2 of the grill clips weren't all the way in. I was leaving town and didn't have time to leave it for a day or two so I fixed it. Luckily I had some panel fasteners the right size because those are one time fasteners.

The team at Fix Auto - Oxnard took fantastic care of me and my car! Yes, it took a little longer than expected, but they made sure that the car was perfect and that I was happy with the results.
