Thanks for the hard work from the moment we arrived at 8AM to drop off our vehicle and pick up our rental which was waiting for us at your business this made the transition from one car to the next very convenient. . The updates via text message were appreciated. We used Brians because they were on our State Farm list of business to use and now you are on our list of business we will recommend to our friends and family. I am completely satisfied with the REPAIR WORK that was done. Unfortunately, it took 3 days longer than I was originally told. A small price to pay for the high quality of work that was done, so I'm not even slightly upset. So, even though I am completely satisfied with the repair work, the delay kept me from being COMPLETELY satisfied with the OVERALL experience.

I am not satisfied with work done to my wife's vehicle. Her vehicle still has mechanical issues that were not present before the accident. We addressed this issue with Randall **** on January 26th. My wife picked up her car on February 6th and the mechanical issues still exist.
