Hpt. collision did a super job on repairing the damage to my honda. I think the AC could blow a little colder as apparently they had to recharge the AC. Not a big problem as I'm capable of adding some refridgent to system myself. Thanks of doing a great job on the damage repair, car looks great.

The repair was originally supposed to take 2 weeks, then once they had my vehicle they extended it to three weeks, then four weeks. I finally got the vehicle back after almost 5 weeks. They did great work, I just wish they had told me up front that it was going to take longer than the original two weeks.

Everything was great, thank you. The guy that cleaned the car up did a great job. When I got my car back, I noticed a little plastic piece missing from the shifter. He went above and beyond and found it for me in his vacuum. Thank you and keep up the good work.

My last email for my car update was 9:01 ,Friday' morning. I called at 3:00 and was told everything was been finalize. Next call I got was at 5:15 and I was told I had 15 minutes to pick my car and pay deposit. That really did not go over well with me. And when I got in my car the lights were left on. Since I was called at the last minute I missed been able to turn my rental car back in and I was leaving going out of town the next day. My 1st. visit was very pleasant and nice when I went for claim estimations.

We had a lot of hail damage on the roof of our car. People told us it wouldn't be repairable- they were wrong. The roof looks brand new. Hampton Collision did an amazing job.

Some mechanical problems appeared when I drove the car a couple of blocks. I returned and HC and I will get together next week to take the car to Toyota dealer. Problems dud mot alpear before I took car to HC.
Sadly that means I have to personally rent a car again at my expense.

I was very pleased with the work done on my vehicle. I have also received a lot of compliments on the work from co-workers and friends. I thought the turnaround time was acceptional, and Hampton Collision worked well with Enterprise Car Rental in putting me in a rental during the work. I would consider business with Hampton Collision in the future of I need it.

Sliding door pops when opened. It did not do that before and the passenger side does not pop.
Interior of the van on the driver's side was not cleaned up.
There is still a scratch on the top of the sliding door from the tow.
