There is a white/gray sticky residue on interior dash & window area. What can I use to get it off? Also, I found an 8mm MAC socket in the console. My tools are Craftsman. I'd like to return it.

I feel that they could've done a better job at washing the vehicle before returning it to me. I also had the low pressure tire light o. ehen I left the shop and the next day I had a flat tire.

This is my second visit, for 2 different car repairs. Everyone I dealt with was amazing and professional. I will only go to your company. One thing though, do you spray any type of air freshener in the vehicles, because both times, when I picked up my cars, they had a yukky scent, like a truck stop restroom air freshener. IF this is the case, and you do in fact use an air freshener, can you change the scent to coconut or cherry or even vanilla? Anything, but that other smelly smell.
