However Your “loaner autos” are HORRIBLE!
I do believe Your loaners are good, but stinky
And Filthy. If You would like more work, promote
three well taken care of loaners, parked in their
own spaces up front.

Have better communication skills when it comes to the progress of the job. I wasn't notified when something changed. They had to re order a part because it was craked. I wasn't notified. Took a few days longer. I called to check on the progress. When I was told that I could pick it up the next day I went at 8 am and I was told that it was not finished because the paint bubbled. If I was called and said that happened I would not have had to wait for an hour for it to finish.

Took a month to repair a quarter panel and rear bumper. Got a false completion text and wasted a trip to the shop only to find out my car was. It ready. I was not informed on the progress or anything through the lengthy repair process. I won't be going to national auto collision center again.
