We were completely satisfied with the repairs. There was however a chip in the trim paint on the driver's door that was not there when the auto was dropped off for repair.
To National's credit they acknowledged the damage, ordered new trim at no cost to us, and installed the replacement trim on 12/26/18.

Jannnet did a great job! My car was supposed to be ready a week earlier than the day l picked my car. Not happy about paying to rental car extra money out of my poket. ( $1000 max ) but she took care of it beautifully. Didn’t have to pay anything. She responded my questions so quickly. Communication was wonderful.

Elec system not reconnected correctly, as a result my home link stopped working. Bumper touch-up promised but not done. Same with rear fender ding.
