While waiting to be helped my first encounter, the farmer's rep stepped into waiting room saying he would be with me as soon as he got car for man waiting. Meanwhile he took care of a woman who got there AFTER me. Chris stepped in to save the day and I never had face to face contact wth Farmer's rep. Bad customer service

The computer generated emails need to stop. They lead me to believe my car would be done way before it was. My estimator (Danny Bryant) told me he would call with updates but didn't so I had to call him. That's when I found out about the email being false.
As far as the repair work done I am very very satisfied.
