I loved the software used to keep me up to date. I loved the personal texts. I also just noticed that the tech must have taken the personal time to straighten and flatten out my front license plate that was dented in. It was not part of the repair but because it was my grille being fixed, it felt like he took the personal time to aesthetically make the whole front end look finished and put together. That was beyond my expectations and really warmed my heart to see it and have that done for me!

It took twice as long as they quoted, they charged more than the quote, and they didn’t fix/paint a spot I asked them to. Was not happy with the service and will not use again.
