It has been a month and a half since my car has been in the shop. I have not received any communication as to when I can expect to receive my car. Why am I paying lease payments for a car that I can't drive?? I should be given a loaner at this point. This is unacceptable and I am very frustrated! When will I get my car back?? You are losing a good customer!! Would someone please provide me with an update.

Took longer than expected and had to bring back my Jeep after I was told my vehicle was fixed. I still think it's not completely fixed. I hear a clicking sound when I go over bumps in the road.
