I was told my car would be ready December 1st. Then it kept getting pushed further back until it ended up landing on the insurance date of December 12th. Then the car wasn't ready until the very end of business day, and the car still had some paint that needed buffing and the side passenger back door did not line up completely straight. Had I known in the beginning of this whole process that it was going to take until December 12th I would have gone with a different shop that would have made my car a priority. I truly feel that my car was not high on their list considering how long it took and that there were still issues that could be pointed out by someone with no car body repair experience. I'm truly disappointed.

I was very pleased with Loop 250 Collision. They were very professional. I received a text message everyday about the progress on the repairs. I was told when the vehicle would be ready and it WAS ready on that date. It was a great experience.

I was told that a car rental would be set up for me. The gentleman I worked with assured me he would arrange it and that if he wasn't able to, he would let me know. He did not. This may be more of a Farmers issue, but the fact remains, it was not taken care of. The gentleman I dealt with was very nice, but I am lucky someone was able to pick me up or I would have been stuck there.
