Once the work began, there were updates, pictures, and estimated times of completion daily. The receptionist was friendly and very helpful with the whole process. The person who worked on the vehicle did an excellent job. I was very happy with the results. Best of all, they finished the job earlier than they anticipated. Thank you Big Spring Collision!
