I wanna thank all the folks at black lake fix it auto for being so kind, and so on top of it, I was extremely thrilled to hear I’d have it back by Christmas and when I got it back I was in AWWW, I didn’t expect the color match to be flawless, I didn’t expect a detail, I didn’t expect to have it back so soon, I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. And to top it off I would like to say that a couple things that really stood out and really made me confident that the people doing the work cared about my experience and quality of service way further then just another job, is when I first got there, a rental was already on its way, they spoke to me by name and very sincerely, which may sound like a little thing but most people in their position come off as salesman, another thing is when I got there to pick up the car there was a what I presume to be a manager, talking to an employee in a way that was very uplifting, from what I caught he was praising him for doing a good job and praising his work, that to me showed the crew were very prideful and supportive and that was awesome, lastly even after the job was finished and the papers had been signed, I was about to get into my beautifully cleaned and sparkly Jeep Nate says he bring it around back and check the tire pressure, and that to me was pretty unique, our business was already done and yet still Nate took time with the crew, on Christmas Eve to go above and beyond. So thank you so much everyone at black lake fix it auto for being genuine, and just fricken awesome! So very grateful!
