When I first brought my car and I was pretty shaken up as I had just gotten in the accident. I have only had this car for 3 months and it was the second time that I had to bring my car to Abra because I was hit by someone else. I was very frantic about the fact that I did not feel comfortable driving my vehicle and the representative took note of this and they were able to take it in the same day, even though they were closing in 15 minutes. Originally they thought my car might have to be shipped out or that the repairs will take a few weeks but I was very surprised to get a call only a week after I drop the car off notifying me that my repairs have been made and my car was ready for pick up. The rep really seem to understand what I’ve been going through the last few months with my vehicle and took that into consideration and made a priority that I got my car back in tiptop shape. I am very satisfied with their speed, quality, and service.
