Communication with ABRA is outstanding and I loved getting the friendly updates via texts throughout the process - brilliant! The pricing is absolutely honest and fair. I know this because I had previously received an estimate to get some scratches repaired that were on the passenger front side of my car, and the estimate I was given to repair them was $673 (these scratches were from years ago and were not related to the repair work that I was having done). ABRA offered to fix those scratches for $75 - that's $598 less than what I had been quoted elsewhere! ABRA is fantastic! So, I agreed to have the scratches fixed as an out-of-pocket expense - in addition to the work that was being done and paid for by the person's insurance who had hit my car. When I came to pick up my car, I was stunned by the job well done. Everything they had repaired looked brand spanking new! Zero evidence of damage, I was wholeheartedly impressed. Donya is an absolute gem. She is so understanding, friendly, kind and does an extremely efficient job. The man who I worked with (I can't remember his name but he is the one who gave me the estimate) is also a gem. He is honest, easy to talk to, and I am so thrilled that he up-sold me on the additional repair. Donya once said, "our goal is to make this experience as easy as possible for you." It was certainly easy breezy from beginning to completion. One of the best surprises ever was coming back to a truck that was not only repaired perfectly, but was completely washed and detailed - inside and out. My truck looked gorgeous and I felt like I was getting into a new vehicle! This was an experience above and beyond any experience I've ever had at a repair shop, and I will spread the word. JOB WELL DONE! (I will be bringing my mom's car in soon to get some minor repairs done).

There was a delay in receipt of a certain necessary part, some wiring harness. This was not communicated to me in a timely manner. I had been told on Friday that truck would be ready Monday, then I called Monday for time of pickup to learn that a part had been delayed and so not ready probably until Thursday. Seems this was known earlier than Monday! I also think your email communication is not specific enough, but general - "Oh, we are working on your vehicle and all is well." Like canned messages that everyone receives. I must say, the truck looks just dandy. Delays occur, that was not my issue, what you failed in was/is your communication..

Ryan was great to work with! I appreciated his offer for me to bring my car in the first day to have it looked at to decide if it could be drives.

Might need a little more buffing but overall very satisfied based on the complexity of the vehicle they had to work in!
