The Abra team did what they said they were going to do, completed all steps, and handled my concerns and anxieties extremely well in a calm, reassuring, and professional manner. Incidentally, Mel Was instrumental in helping me deal with a secondary accident to my vehicle that occurred out as it was being towed from one holding yard to Abra, which saved me time and hassle.
